- Begonia 'Copper Satin' No. 896-Begonia 'Bronze Medallion' x unknown 'Copper Satin' Rhizomatous cultivar with crisp, glistening copper-colored, almost round, 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" leaves with slightly serrate margins and 5 main veins. Originated in 1980 by Mickey Meyer, 16 Guffara Street, Lathra, N.S.W., Australia; first distributed in 1981; no bloom reported. Tested by Leonore Corby of N.SW., Australia. Registered May 9, 1986.
