- Garden and forest, v. 6, (1893) B. gilsonii is an old and popular variety, the flowers a deeper pink, but not so numerous as those of B. Paul Bruant. It is one of the most robust and vigorous of Begonias, every leaf and stem in a damp place showing young buds.
