Description
A typo et aliis varietatibus differt caulibus petiolisque longis pilis ornatis, lamina superne extus nerviis pilis vermiculiformibus ornata, inferne tantum nervis pilosis. Petiole covered with fine, red hair, often very dense, equal to the diameter of the petiole and may give it a woolly appearance at the junction with the limb. Leaf blade more or less covered with small dense hairs, tawny or white, vermiculiform on the dry, regularly distributed, especially on the veins on the inferior face, especially between the veins on the upper face. Leaf blade 5 X 3 to 18 X 13 cm, often acuminate, has 1-3 triangular lobes or entire; margins finely dentees, rarely whole. Tepals of flowers sometimes exceeding 15 mm wide. - Pl. -, p. 7 5.
