- The Gardener’s Chronicle, ser. 3, v. 35, 1904 Avalanche - This handsome white Begonia was exhibited by Messrs. Blackmore & Langdon, of Tewerton Hill Nursery, Bath, at the recent Temple Flower Show, when the Floral Committee recommended it an Award of Merit. Its beautiful wavy petals are pure white, and set in the outer segments as though surrounded by a collarette. The flowers are of large size end substance.
